She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Products are military grade MIL-SPEC as advertised. I was able to locate #10 locking counter-sunk nutplates when ALL other locations, including Aircraft-Spruce, could not supply.
